Located in Clifton, Bedfordshire we offer a traditional Hog Roast, BBQ, Speciality Meats and Fish for all types of functions large or small throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
Instead of having an over complicated menu and price list we would rather offer you a few “Sample Menus” and then discuss over the telephone or meet face to face to assess your needs and requirements and build a menu based on your taste and budget.
The “Sample Menus” that you can see are not our full range so please contact us should you have any specific requirements that are not on any of the menus.

Who Will Be Cooking Your Food?

Along with the price you pay, the quality of the food and the service provided we feel that the chef is the most important factor in deciding who you trust to cater for your function.
Liam is a fully qualified professional chef and holds an NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery (Preparation And Cooking).
After qualifying Liam spent over 2 years learning his craft working alongside Masterchef’s John Tarode at Smiths of Smithfield in the City of London specialising in both meat and fish.
Following this he worked at the Champneys Luxury Spa Hotel in Tring.
Currently he is an integral part of Jordans Mill in Bedfordshire where they’ve recently been nominated for the prestigious 2016 Bedfordshire Food and Drink Awards.

Our Produce

One of the key factors is the source of the produce we use. We feel comfortable knowing all of the providers we use pride themselves on quality and service.
All of our meats are produced locally in Woburn, Bedfordshire at Woburn Country Foods. Award winning, high quality, carefully selected meats.
The seafood that we use is provided by “The Stickleback Fish Company” in Welham Green, Hertfordshire. A family business that has been in trading for over 50 years.
The fruit and the vegetables that we use come from “Premier Fruits” in New Covent Garden, London. Premier Fruits are the UK’s number one wholesaler & supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables.
